Micah recently rode in a charity bikeride at Emory University for victims of Hurricane Katrina. The twenty mile ride raised money for the Red Cross and local rescue efforts here in Atlanta. With him are two Georgia Tech Research Institute co-workers, Kyle and Bart– both also avid bike commuters. Although they didn’t come in first, they finished the intown route in good time and got some free barbecue sandwiches at the Emory Homecoming festivities.
