Greetings,

Sorry not to post in quite awhile. I’ve been finishing up my final semester of coursework and I’ve also been keeping myself distracted with house-type activities. Over the past few months Micah and I have become “puddlers:” people that putz around the house and garden, spending hours looking over things and talking about what we could/should do. We don’t actually do a lot of what we talk about, but it sure is fun.

This summer I’ve gone full time at Southern Spaces ( www.southernspaces.org), the internet journal I’ve worked on for over two years. We recently published a piece revisiting the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, a piece on Latin American Migration to Atlanta and a piece on one family’s quilts in Spartanburg, SC.
